Launched in March of 2005, WeCare was committed to raise awareness of how wireless technology could enhance the community of Livermore.
The “Get in the ZONE” branded Wi-Fi service was the perfect answer. This cooperative effort demonstrated how off the shelf equipment could be used to create a powerful and affordable solution.
