WeCare Wireless Networks was founded 2003 to provide a compelling alternative to DSL and Cable Modem services for residential and business customers by offering high speed internet access with superior Quality of Service, Reliability and Performance. The Company has developed extensive expertise in deploying and supporting wireless networks in diverse environments including WiMax based high speed fixed wireless networks, private point-to-point networks, Metropolitan Wi-Fi networks and business and residential Wi-Fi networks.
The Company’s name was carefully chosen to denote WeCare’s focus on quality customer care as our first and most important priority. Our customers are provided with unparalleled support and service, making sure every thing works right the first time it is installed and every time our customers use our services.
Combing our wireless expertise with our focus on quality customer care enabled WeCare to develop a branded portfolio of offerings called Integrated Wi-Fi Service™. These offerings are designed to reshape the way the residential building industry provides home networking services, emphasizing wireless technology which is designed into new single and multi-family homes or throughout an entire residential development.
At the core of our Integrated Wi-Fi Service™ offerings is our patent pending Wi-Fi Enclosure which allows wireless coverage to be seamlessly provided throughout the home. WeCare’s technical expertise provides comprehensive support for enabling the connectivity and coordination of the ever expanding base of electronic devices being equipped with Wi-Fi functionality.

David D. Curtis - Founder, President and CEO
David D. Curtis the founder, officer and a director of the Company, has over 20 years experience in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans to exploit market opportunities in the wireless, wireline and communications industries. Mr. Curtis has extensive experience in the planning, development and implementation of programs delivering revenue and profitability. Throughout his career he has introduced new and emerging technologies to businesses including PCs, LANs, WANs, IP based services, software and wireless voice and data products and services.
Prior to founding WeCare, Mr. Curtis was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AirLink Communications where he created AirLink’s domestic and international “go-to market” sales and marketing business model. This included the rapid creation of a recurring revenue stream for wireless data airtime services. He spent over thirteen years with Verizon working in the Wireless and Wireline companies in multiple leadership positions culminating as the Area General Manager for Wireless Business Sales in Northern California.
Mr. Curtis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration-Finance from Washington State University
Ray Fasnacht - Vice President of New Construction Services
Ray Fasnacht is an entrepreneur with over twenty-five years of experience in telecommunications. In 1993, Mr. Fasnacht co-founded AirLink Communications and helped pioneer the development of Cellular Digital Packet Data, the first open standard public wireless data network. Initially, Mr. Fasnacht led product design, development, and sales of AirLink’s leading-edge network test tools. AirLink introduced their intelligent wireless data platforms to serve the commercial Mobile and M2M markets in 1997.
As President of AirLink from 2000-2005, Mr. Fasnacht oversaw sales, marketing, and corporate development as the company launched its 2.5G product line and grew to over $20M in annual revenue. He subsequently led the transition of their production to an offshore contract manufacturer. AirLink was acquired by Sierra Wireless in May, 2007 in a deal worth $38M.
Prior to starting AirLink, Mr. Fasnacht worked as an independent software consultant and software engineer developing telephone systems software.
Ray has spoken at many conferences and participated on panels relating to wireless data, transportation, telematics, remote monitoring, and security.
He received a BS in Computer Science and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
